First Visit and Therapy Expectations
Our job begins well before you arrive at your first therapy appointment. From gathering referral information, verifying insurance coverage, to convenient scheduling, our staff covers the bases prior to your first visit to ensure a gratifying first visit. Upon arrival, the patient goes through a brief check-in process followed by an initial evaluation performed by a licensed therapist.
The therapist gathers information regarding your specific injury in order to develop an individualized plan of care. Our therapists’ job is to treat the patient utilizing the most up-to-date techniques and equipment while educating each person about their diagnosis emphasizing injury prevention.
